Established in 2005, Abitare Miami, operating under the name DBA of Domus Design Studio LLC, emerged onto the scene as a trailblazer in Italian furniture importation. Back then, the landscape of trendy design was just taking shape, with minimalism still a foreign concept to many. Yet, amidst this nascent era of sleek home and office furniture, we recognized a burgeoning business opportunity. Sensing the evolving tastes of our clientele, we set out to create one of the first showrooms focused solely on showcasing samples, with a commitment to educating our clients on the latest in fashionable design.
Since those early days, the world of design has undergone profound transformations. Wisely, we aligned the growth of our company with the ever-changing preferences of our clientele, staying attuned to shifts in design education and the increasing acceptance of clean, modern lines. Expanding beyond mere furniture, we broadened our offerings to include sofas, chairs, desks, and a myriad of other products. Our guiding principle became “Design Yours,” reflecting our belief that furnishing a space should be a personal expression rather than a dictated trend.
Over the years, Abitare Miami has ascended to become a leader in the market, offering an extensive range of trendy European furniture, luxurious Italian kitchens, residential fixtures, artifacts, and complementary objects. Complementing our product line, we’ve established an interior design consulting department dedicated to realizing our clients’ visions for home and office renovations.With nearly two decades of experience under our belt, we’ve honed the art of curating luxury spaces, from Italian kitchens to architectural interior doors, and from aesthetically pleasing sofas to an array of elegant home and office furnishings.
